Elena Fiallo
The daughter of immigrants from El Salvador and Cuba, Elena Fiallo brings more than two decades of experience advocating for equity-based support for underserved and marginalized communities.
Through her extensive work combatting the homelessness crisis, Elena developed a passion for driving systems change that strengthens the way services are delivered to those in need. That passion guides her in the creation of high-impact training in the space of housing and homelessness services.

Rebecca Watson
As an attorney and social justice advocate, Rebecca Watson has devoted her career to helping low-income clients access critical public benefits. In her legal practice Rebecca focused on ensuring that vulnerable individuals and families were able to access the resources they needed to thrive, specializing in Social Security law. That experience has continued to inform her work advocating for systems change in social service delivery. She has trained hundreds of advocates in California about the Social Security system and how to effectively advocate for clients.

Peggy Edwards
With more than four decades of experience driving organizational and community transformation, Peggy brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership. She has guided public agencies, businesses, and non-profits through change — helping leaders strengthen systems that serve people experiencing homelessness and those reentering their communities after incarceration.
A co-founder and former executive director of regional networks advancing housing and reentry initiatives, Peggy’s leadership continues to shape how communities collaborate for lasting impact. Her work centers on building strong organizations, visionary leaders, and systems capable of creating opportunity for all.

Amber Roth-Garcia
For more than 20 years, Amber has been leading change at the intersection of social justice, housing, and community wellness. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and seasoned non-profit leader, she has designed and led programs that expand access to housing, healthcare, and opportunity for people most often left behind. Amber channels her experience in organizational transformation, workforce development, and leadership coaching to help service systems evolve — and the people within them thrive. Her vision is simple but powerful: build stronger, more compassionate systems that create lasting pathways to stability, dignity, and hope.

Eve Rutzick
Eve brings nearly fifteen years of experience navigating the complexities of Social Security and public benefits advocacy. A seasoned attorney and policy expert, she develops trainings and tools that empower advocates to work more effectively on behalf of individuals and families seeking stability and support.
Eve’s career spans leadership roles at the Social Security Administration and Inner City Law Center, where she strengthened access to critical benefits and advanced systemic change for low-income communities. Her work is guided by a clear purpose: to make public systems more accessible, equitable, and responsive to the people they serve.
