Throughout this training program, you will build a strong foundation in housing case management while strengthening your ability to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Across three modules, you will gain practical tools for engagement, assessment, service planning, housing placement, and retention, while deepening your understanding of homelessness and the systems designed to address it.
